• Window film care instructions:
If there is a foggy appearance after installation: This condition is temporary and results from the moisture used in installing the film. After that moisture dries, this foggy appearance will disappear. Do not operate the windows until the film dries. The car window tinting film from 3M can be washed with known washing solutions. Thirty (30) days after installation. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or rough brushes that may scratch the film.
• Product Warranty, Limited Indemnity, and No Liability:
3M warrants that 3M Automotive Window Films will meet the following: 1- Maintaining the properties of reflecting sunlight without causing cracks, fissures or demineralization. 2- Maintaining adhesion without bubbles, bumps, or separation from the glass. 3- Maintain the color of the film and prevent it from turning purple. For a period of five years with respect to car window tinting films (Crystalline films, Colorstable films, Ceramic films). For two years for car window films (FX ST films). Also, the authority that determines the permissible tinting percentages is the Traffic Department, and 3M or the approved centers do not bear any responsibility or obligation regarding determining the legality of using tinting films on car windows. Therefore, consumers should review the legal standards applied in the Kingdom and bear full responsibility for their choices. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to misuse or improper care.
• Care instructions:
#You can wash the car as usual using a little water and soap twenty-four hours after installing the film. 3M recommends using 3M car wash soap to wash the car. #Remove any foreign objects (eg insects, bird droppings, etc.) as soon as possible to avoid permanent stains. #If a high-pressure washer is used, the nozzle should be 36 feet away from the edges of the film to avoid unraveling the film. #After waxing the car, you can remove any wax buildup along the edges of the film with a soft cloth, and 3M recommends using a 3M microfiber cloth to clean cars. #Use wax that does not contain dyes, chemicals, or rubbing compounds. 3M recommends using the 3M Perforation Finish product when waxing the car.
• Limited warranty and compensation:
This warranty is valid in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. Scotchgard paint protection film and Scotchgard Pro films (five-year warranty). Venture Shield paint protection film (five-year warranty). 3M guarantees that both films will be free from any defects in materials or workmanship - including cracks or burrs from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accident, or misuse, and does not apply to damage resulting from physical impact. For other vehicles or road debris, or in the event of environmental or organic damage or pollution, please review the traffic laws and local laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia before installing the film on the headlights. 3M does not guarantee the paint protection film that has been installed in the headlights and is not considered Responsible for any resulting fines.
• Submit a warranty claim:
To submit a warranty claim under this warranty in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, please contact one of the authorized 3M car care centers, and if your film is approved, the center will provide you with a free full replacement film or the appropriate amount. The original receipt with this warranty is necessary in order to apply the procedures. The service mentioned in the warranty.
• General points:
1- This warranty applies exclusively in the event of installation in 3M authorized car care centers in accordance with the installation procedures recommended by the manufacturer. This warranty can be waived, provided that the owner possesses the original warranty documents. 2- This guarantee does not include any responsibility on the part of 3M Company under any circumstances regarding any direct or indirect loss or any of the costs related to reusing the film. 3- Some installers may choose to act on their own behalf by offering different guarantees or compensation other than the limited warranty or limited compensation offered by 3M.
• Limit of implied warranty:
Any implied terms and warranties, including but not limited to the terms or implied warranty of merchantability, the implied warranty or terms of fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranty or condition resulting from performance or commercial dealings. Customs or commercial uses are considered limited in terms of duration according to the applicable time period for the guarantee.
• Limitation of liability:
Unless otherwise provided by law, 3M or the installer of a 3M product shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a 3M product, whether directly, specifically or incidentally, regardless of the established legal jurisprudence, including the warranty contract.
